1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition (tags and packaging intact).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale/Clearance Items: Marked as non-returnable at purchase.
• Personalized/Customized Products: Items altered per customer request.
• Gift Cards.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email contactus@hatmosphere.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
3. Ship the Item: Securely package the product and mail it to:

   Include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to request an exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to:
  • A defective/damaged item.
  • An error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund.

8. International Returns

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.

9. Late or Missing Returns
